中国(德清)SDGs知识服务系统是一个服务于德清可持续发展目标量化评估行为和成果知识化、图形化展示的综合系统。系统基于德清历年来统计和地理信息数据,集成运用SDGs指标模型、知识图谱、GIS等支撑工具,通过数据清洗加工、分析计算、定制组装、可视化展示等技术,实现对德清SDGs各项指标的知识化展现。

The system takes the SDGs index system as the core, covering the whole process of SDGs quantitative evaluation and expression, including SDGs data organization, index calculation, knowledge assembly and service. It is divided into SDGs data management subsystem, SDGs index analysis and calculation subsystem, SDGs knowledge assembly subsystem and SDGs knowledge service subsystem.

系统构成 / CONSTRUCTION

系统以SDGs指标体系为核心,功能覆盖SDGs数据组织、指标计算、知识装配和服务等SDGs量化评估与表达全过程,划分为SDGs数据管理子系统、SDGs指标分析计算子系统、SDGs知识装配子系统和SDGs知识服务子系统

The system takes the SDGs index system as the core, covering the whole process of SDGs quantitative evaluation and expression, including SDGs data organization, index calculation, knowledge assembly and service. It is divided into SDGs data management subsystem, SDGs index analysis and calculation subsystem, SDGs knowledge assembly subsystem and SDGs knowledge service subsystem.

知识体系 / KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM

系统以联合国SDGs全球指标为基础,通过本土化处理,构建出适合德清县情的SDGs指标集;在此基础上,采用知识图谱技术,将德清SDGs成果按层次进行划分和组织为领域、目标、内涵(本地目标)、知识点和指标,并建立节点关系,构建起了德清SDGs知识体系。

Based on the United Nations SDGs global indicators, the system constructs a set of SDGs indicators suitable for Deqing County through localization processing; on this basis, using the knowledge map technology, the achievements of Deqing SDGs are divided and organized into fields, objectives, connotations (local objectives), knowledge points and indicators by levels, and a node relationship is established to build the Deqing SDGs knowledge system.
